MODELS

In The Villas, there were 68 home sites and 4 different models to choose from and the home sizes ranged from 2,310 to 2,629 square feet. They were offered in 3 different exterior elevations and all had a standard 2 car garage.

Montoro

The Montoro model had 2,613 square feet of living space with 2 bedrooms and a den which could be converted into a 3rd bedroom. This split plan also had circular entry foyer, 2.5 baths and a formal living room as well as a family room.

Lajolla

The La Jolla great room plan had a livable area of 2,310 square feet on a single level. This included 2 bedrooms, a den with an option to convert it to a 3rd bedroom and a 2 car garage with a side entry.

Sevilla

The Sevilla plan had a livable area of 2,629 square feet with a courtyard entry. It was a split floor plan with 3 bedrooms including a private guest casita with its own entry and bath, a den, a total of 3.5 baths and an option for a 3 car garage.

Valencia

The Valencia plan had a livable area of 2,356 square feet on a single level. This split plan included 2 bedrooms, a den with an option to convert it to a 3rd bedroom, 2 baths and a formal living room as well as a family room.

Special Features

The builder, Toll Brothers Inc, indicated in their sales documents that the following features were common to all homes in the community. However, many items have, in fact, been upgraded or changed by the current owners. Therefore, potential buyers are always advised to verify any information that is material to their interests and might affect their decision to purchase a property in this community.
