Well, for starters . . . Peggy Young is a graduate from both the Arizona School of Real Estate
and Business and the Alaska Real Estate School. She is also a graduate of the Scottsdale Leadership Academy, sponsored by the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, a Scottsdale Ambassador for the City of Scottsdale and a member of class XXIX of Tempe Leadership, sponsored by the Tempe Chamber of Commerce. Peggy started her real estate career at Fortune Properties and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” in 1996 and she has been a real estate top producer ever since. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors and the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.
Peggy Young has been on all sides of real estate transactions and understand the many phase of the sales process, including the important of relationships, effective marketing & the ability to effectively negotiation. Peggy offers a high level of service, attention, responsiveness to every client & strives to continually provide excellent customer service with ethics, expertise, trust and professionalism.
After living in Alaska for 25 years, Peggy relocated to the Phoenix metro area in 2008 and
worked as a Relocation Counselor for Prudential Relocation. Peggy services all cities with the Phoenix metro area (including but not limited to Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, CaveCreek, Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Glendale and more). In addition to having over 27 years experience working with buyers and sellers in all price ranges Peggy also has a lot of experience working with winter “snow bird” residents, helping them find and/or sell their perfect “Lock and leave” home.

Originally from Venezuela, South America, Peggy has a diverse background experience in real
estate, marketing, public relations & journalism plus she is fluent in Spanish. She has lived I the extremely hot climates as well as the cold arctic of Alaska. She understands the complexities involved in living and working in different cultures and communities. Peggy has proven that over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, enthusiasm and unique marketing make a winning combination.
Before entering the real estate field, Peggy held a number of high-level positions in marketing and public relations where she was in charge of marketing, public relations, media relations, community relations, government relations, special writing assignments and corporate giving program.
Peggy has always been active in her community. Currently she is a volunteer as a Scottsdale
Ambassador for the City of Scottsdale. She is a past member of the Scottsdale Rotary Club and has volunteered in the past for the numerous non-profit organizations such as United Way, YWCA, Catholic Social Services and others.
Peggy has two adult children, Robi and Jessika and two grandsons, Theo and Max. In her spare time Peggy enjoys hiking in the McDowell Mountains, listening to live music and spending time with her family.
